Aly Packaging manufactures luxury gift boxes for UK high-end retailers, corporate gifting programmes, and event planners. The structural decision that separates a luxury gift box that performs from one that fails is rigid board weight combined with closure mechanism specification. A gift box constructed from 1200 GSM hardboard with a magnetic closure reads as premium to the recipient and holds its shape under repeated opening. A box made from 600 GSM board with a slip-on lid will feel flimsy and may shift during transit. We specify board weight and closure type to the product contents and unboxing experience before production begins.
Whether you need eye-catching
we have every finishing solution to perfectly meet your needs.
Aly Packaging manufactures custom luxury lingerie boxes for UK independent brands, D2C fashion labels, and luxury retailers. The structural decision that separates a lingerie box that performs from one that fails is interior geometry matched to fabric type and garment structure. A bra cup that sits directly on corrugated board will flatten or crease under its own weight during storage and transit. A silk slip needs a floating insert that holds the fabric clear of board contact. We specify interior compartment depth, insert material density, and surface finish to the exact garment shape and fabric behaviour before production begins.
Aly Packaging manufactures drawer style rigid boxes for UK luxury brands, jewellers, cosmetics houses, and corporate gifting programmes. The structural decision that determines whether a drawer box functions correctly is the manufacturing tolerance between the drawer tray and the outer shell: too tight and the drawer binds under the weight of its contents; too loose and it rattles, over-extends, and fails to hold position when partially open. The drawer and shell are structurally independent units that must be specified together from the outset, not dimensioned independently and assembled later. We establish drawer-to-shell clearance before board weight, finish, or ribbon tab decisions are made.Â
Jewellery deserves more than just a box. It needs a statement. Our luxury jewelry boxes are manufactured in the UK with velvet linings, rigid board, and high-end finishes to match the elegance inside. Whether for rings, necklaces, or full sets, these boxes protect, present, and elevate your brand with every reveal.
Aly Packaging manufactures custom ornament boxes for UK gift retailers, collectible sellers, and seasonal brands. The structural decision that separates successful ornament packaging from failed packaging is insert compartment geometry. An ornament pillow or foam cradle must be sized to the ceramic, glass, or resin ornament’s diameter, height, and weight distribution, or movement occurs during storage and courier transit. Too loose and the ornament slides during handling, causing surface chipping or strap breakage. Too tight and the ornament warps under compression load. The compartment depth, foam density, and contact surface are specified from the product dimensions before any finish or print design is applied.
