You can request a free quote through our website, call us directly, or email us with your packaging details. Once your artwork and order are confirmed, we begin production immediately.
What is the minimum order quantity?
We offer flexible order quantities. Whether you need a short run for product launches or larger volumes for retail and wholesale, we accommodate both small and bulk orders.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Our standard turnaround time for paperboard, kraft and corrugated boxes is 10–12 working days including delivery. And for Rigid setup boxes, it is 14-16 working days. However, rush orders also offer a priority timeline of 8 working days.
Do you provide free design support?
Do you offer free design support for packaging boxes?
Yes. Our in-house design team provides free professional design support to ensure your packaging looks attractive, on-brand, and ready for print. We help with artwork placement, colour profiles, and die-line templates or knife-line file(s) at no extra cost.
Are your packaging materials eco-friendly?
We provide sustainable packaging options including recyclable, biodegradable, and FSC-certified materials. You can choose eco-friendly kraft or cardboard to reduce your environmental footprint.
Can I get a sample before placing a bulk order?
Yes, upon order confirmation, we always produce print ready digital proofs along with 3D rendering of your packaging for you to review and approve for printing/production.
In case of prototype sampling, we can definitely produce prototype sampling prior to mass order production. Please discuss your project with our sales experts to get the price for a sample run.
What printing and finishing options do you offer?
We provide full-colour printing with finishes such as matte, gloss, embossing, foil stamping, spot UV, and more-giving your boxes a premium and professional look.

What File Type Do You Require For Printing?
We require PDF, PSD, or AI file types in the 300DPI format to properly assess the design and ensure a flawless application.
