Aly Packaging manufactures custom corrugated boxes for UK e-commerce brands, retail distributors, and wholesale logistics operators. The structural decision that separates a corrugated box that survives courier handling from one that fails in transit is flute grade matched to product weight and fragility. An E-flute carton compresses more than a B-flute box under stack load, and a C-flute specification is neither. Too soft a grade and the product inside shifts during courier delivery, creating damage claims. Too stiff a grade and you are paying for protection you do not need. We specify flute grade from your product weight and fragility profile before the dieline is cut.
White cardboard boxes deliver crisp print contrast and professional shelf presence for retail, cosmetics, food, and e-commerce shipments. Unlike coloured stock, white board carries full-colour photography and fine text without visual noise, which matters when your packaging must compete on retail shelves or communicate product value on unboxing. We manufacture custom white cardboard in single-wall or double-wall corrugated, with FSC-certified folding board options, sized to your product dimensions and finished in matte, gloss, or spot UV to match your brand’s positioning. Orders start from low minimum quantities with delivery in 10 to 12 business days.
Aly Packaging manufactures custom buxboard boxes for UK retail brands, e-commerce distributors, and logistics operators. The structural decision that separates a buxboard box that performs from one that fails is flute grade matched to product weight and fragility. A B-flute corrugated carton compresses differently under stack load than a C-flute specification, and an E-flute box compresses more again. Too soft a grade and the product inside shifts during courier transit, creating damage claims. Too stiff a grade and you pay for protection you do not need. We specify flute grade from your product weight and fragility profile before the dieline is cut.
Our custom Kraft boxes offer an eco-friendly yet durable packaging solution for UK brands. Manufactured from natural brown kraft stock, they are ideal for food, cosmetics, and retail items. These boxes can be personalised in size and print with your logo, giving your packaging a sustainable and professional appeal while reinforcing your brand’s presence on shelves.
Aly Packaging manufactures custom e-commerce boxes for UK online brands that need packaging to perform across the full journey from pick-and-pack to customer doorstep. The structural decision that determines whether an e-commerce box survives UK carrier handling and whether the unboxing experience it delivers justifies the brand investment in print and finish is corrugated flute grade matched to product weight and fragility. An E-flute carton is not the same as a B-flute box, and specifying the wrong grade increases damage rates without any visible difference on a product listing. We specify flute grade and board weight before print decisions are made. Orders are supplied from low minimum quantities with delivery in 10 to 12 business days.
