Most damage happens at either the heavy base or the sharp top corners. We brace those areas inside our personalised toaster packaging boxes so pressure travels along folds instead of through print panels. The power cable gets its own channel so the plug never presses through a side wall. Openings are set on the short edge so users can slide the toaster out in one motion without pulling on the cord. For export cartons, outer dimensions match standard pallet patterns to prevent overhang and crush.

Materials chosen for mild heat and repeated handling

Appliances often enter packaging while still warm from testing. Boards must resist that temperature change and the friction of metal surfaces. We work with dense cardboard for single retail units, kraft board when a recyclable look is preferred, corrugated for multi-packs and transport, and rigid board for premium gift lines. All are FSC certified and printed with soy based inks. Surfaces receive water based coatings that reduce moisture uptake and keep prints readable under bright store lights. Matte is our default for clarity. Soft touch is available when a premium feel is needed at point of sale.

People scan for slice count, slot length, wattage, tray access, and warranty. We put those details where the hand naturally rests during lifting so they are seen without turning the box. Imagery stays simple and true to scale. Multi-language layouts are balanced so text blocks do not crowd the main panel. Barcodes and compliance marks sit away from folds to scan first time.

Finishing and structure options that solve real problems

Internal trays keep the base centred and stop corner rub. Paperboard ties hold the cord in a figure-eight so the plug cannot wander. You can add an embossed capacity icon, foil for the model name, or spot UV on key features. If the range includes accessories or crumb-tray spares, we cut a small secondary bay so parts do not rattle during transit.
